From 6–10 July 2026, The Fridge Factory hosted a five-day employee wellness initiative, providing free health screenings in collaboration with the Taiwan Technical Mission in Eswatini and the Ministry of Health Eswatini.
Throughout the week, employees had access to complimentary health checks, including diabetes and hypertension screenings, giving many the opportunity to monitor their health and take proactive steps towards their overall well-being.
The initiative was further strengthened by the participation of the Sitsandziwe Clinic, operated by Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), whose team provided confidential, inclusive and safe health services. Employees also received valuable information on HIV prevention, STI testing and treatment, counselling, and other essential healthcare services, reinforcing the importance of preventive care and informed health choices.
